Whether you are an individual or part of a business, if you are comfortable to move forward after the no obligation assessment and let us know within 24 hours, we will send by e-mail our general terms and conditions, a client care letter bespoke to you and our privacy policy document. The more information you give us the more we will have to work with to help you, by formulating your plan. Once you returned the client care letter confirming you wish to move forward we will contact you by phone or e-mail to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.

We recommend a face to face meeting to begin with. You will have received our terms and conditions in writing beforehand, including the agreed fee and any associated expenses, by e-mail to ensure you understand and accept them. You will also receive a client care letter bespoke to your needs. We want you to be comfortable to proceed before committing yourself to anything. All of our prices are "on the road"prices with no hidden extras.

The consultation will take place at an agreed venue you are comfortable with, for an agreed period of time. We suggest a minimum of 90 minutes initially. It is up to you if you wish to have an extended time or action plan tailor made for you and the forum of it can be by further face to face consultation, telephone or Skype. As with the initial consultation, the time and date will be pre-arranged and you will know what it will cost before committing yourself to anything further, as well as at each stage of the proposed action plan.

The home or workplace visit service will take into account travelling time and our travel costs. If there is a further cost associated with your choice of venue we shall let you know so that you understand and agree to all aspects beforehand.

You will meet our two consultants, who by that time will have discussed the information you have given to us. We will get to know you a little better and give you an action plan both at the time verbally, and a summary of it in writing afterwards if requested by e-mail or registered post whichever method you prefer.
